πŸ‘½ Visitor Instructions

All visitors are required to follow specific security guidelines when visiting the Pinewood Mission Support Center. Please ensure that your visitor request is submitted well in advance.

These forms are managed by the NTS FSO team, so please ensure you inform a RIPS team member about submissions to ensure your request is handled in a timely fashion.

Uncleared Visits

Visits that do not involve classified materials simply require an email to [email protected] with the list of names and "5Ws" for the event.

Classified Visits

One week prior to the date access is needed, individuals possessing a U.S. Government clearance must send their information via DISS. If the individual’s clearance is not in DISS, a FAX on company letterhead will be accepted. If your SSO needs more information, contact the NTS FSO team at [email protected].

The following documents must be compiled at least seven working days prior for DCSA submission:

Important Notes:

  • If Secret material is being displayed, it must be accompanied by an ATP plan within the meeting security agreement.
  • There is no SIPR connectivity in the meeting rooms, which can also be used for unclassified events.
  • NTS does not provide or support SIPR laptops under any circumstances.
  • For events, the Meeting Access List must be submitted to the applicable SSO, who will submit the bulk VAR.
  • NTS cannot validate individual VARs for large events.
  • VARs must be submitted at least one working day before the event or the visitor will not be allowed to attend.
  • DCSA and SOCOM Industrial Security control access to secure spaces β€” not NTS.

Submit the following information in DISS:

  • SMO: 6XKD0
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Technical POC: Sean Matthews
  • POC Phone: 813.566.1402
  • Fax Number: 813.448.1488

⚠️ Foreign Visitors: Must be approved by the SOCOM Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO). Approval must be confirmed by email from [email protected] at least 48 hours before the event. NTS does not control this process. Visitors not listed will be denied access.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The RIPS team cannot approve or validate Visit Access Requests (VARs) that are submitted using the JATF POC information β€” including Sean Matthews β€” for events that are not affiliated with JATF.

If VARs are received and no prior coordination has been made with Sean, they will not be approved.

Please ensure all visitors are properly informed and do not use this contact information for unrelated events or non-JATF activities.
